STEP 1: Confirm Interest

The process officially begins when you reach out to us and let us know you're interested in learning more.

STEP 2: Enter into Farm Agreements

After we've met and determined it is time to move forward, we'll agree on terms to work best together.

STEP 3: Perform Analysis of Operation

We will need to do a site visit and get specifics about your operation: herd type and size, flush system method, engineering planning, etc. 

STEP 4: Get Pre-Approval of Project Funding

Once we have the specifics we need about your operation, we'll get pre-approval of project costs from our fund.

STEP 5: Complete Farm Deliverables & Send You a Check

Next, we make sure everything is in order before we can start construction. This is where contracts should be signed and we send you an upfront check based on your herd size.

STEP 6: Construction

And... we break ground. From start to finish, it will take about 18 months for construction completion where gas begins flowing.

STEP 7: We Manage System and Send You Annual Paychecks

Now that everything is up and running, we manage the system and manure. You sit back, relax, and enjoy an annual check.
